I don't need the verdict of the ICJ, I have seen 3 years of footage of genocide being committed and saw what Israeli politicians and their society had to say. We really do live in hell. Hell since the start of life. As horrific as the Israel & Palestine conflict is, it overshadows many ongoing and much bigger humanitarian catastrophes around the world. Look at Sudan, where millions have been displaced by a brutal civil war, or Burma, where the military junta’s repression and genocide have devastated the country. What's weird is that some crises receive vastly more international attention, media coverage, and political debate than others, despite having a much larger scale of deaths involved. The world is capable of focusing on one tragedy while seemingly overlooking several others happening simultaneously. If anything, that should make us question why certain conflicts dominate the conversation while others are barely talked about.
