Do you have some sources to support your claim? I’m not being a dick, I just want to see. A quick google did nothing for me. Can I be anecdotal for a second, without getting downvoted to shit? I have seen lower class mothers with strollers. I don’t think they’re stabbing anyone. I’ve seen various people fare evade. I’m not saying it’s right; I’m just saying people have situations that happen. The mentally ill/homeless or criminal is a different thing. Broken Window policing is ass. I’ve studied it. It’s ass. I’m not necessarily completely disagreeing with you, but I’m getting the shit beaten out of me in this thread (understandably).
