Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

I followed his campaign. He made poorly thought out promises like "free buses!" that many of us called out at the time as nonsense. Guess what! He backtracked on the free buses like we knew he would because the mayor doesn't have the authority to do that. Mamdani is not infallible. He deserves scrutiny like every other politician. He is trying to hamstring through as many bad policies as he can so he can "make good" on his bad campaign promises to fight against the the "DSA are idiots" critiques. You people fall for it every time.

I am very aware of the history. It doesn't change the fact that the city and the mayor currently have little say or power in fixing the infrastructure.

So you disagree with the mayor?

As someone actually working 2 jobs in NYC, 'working class' is pretty easy to define: people who can't afford to miss one paycheck. If the mayor can't say that in an interview, that's a problem.
