Israel has killed 70,000 Palestinians since. Israeli's chief military officer is now openly admitting they are planning to expel the remaining 2 million Gazas. It's just right there in the news, no mincing of words. They're also openly calling for a preemptive war against the PA in the West Bank.

She apologized for posts she made as a teenager. Her social media activity related to October 7th isn’t from when she was a teenager, and she never apologized or as far as I’m aware even answered for it. October 7th was a terrorist attack. Mayor Mamdani has often been (rightly) criticized for his attitude towards Jews. If Mamdani’s wife approves of a terrorist attack, as her social media activity indicates, then that strongly validates the criticism of Mamdani attitude towards Jews.
