Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

"5 million gallons is nothing" its about 5,000-10,000 homes daily water usage. So no, not nothing, especially in drought prone areas like california and the southwest. You also said "going to be" about closed circuit. I specifically said they aren't closed circuit RIGHT NOW, which is all that matters. They can say everything will be closed circuit in the future, but it doesnt change the reality TODAY for communities affected by this. You couldnt possibly be so disconnected and delusional about being pro-AI that youre saying there are NO drawbacks? Actually insane. And you are just factually incorrect about property values. Its been reported by hundreds and thousands of homeowners of decreased property value. No one wants a 60ft giant gray dystopian warehouse directly butted up against their properties. You pulling out some strawman one instance doesnt prove shit if i can show you 100 instances of the opposite. And again, totally factually incorrect to say LOWER energy prices. People are showing their bills going up, millions of people. You are completely blinded by your support of slop AI you are refusing REAL people and real facts. And again, you didn't even try to combat my points about noise pollution because theres no defense for it. You are just a generic AI tech bro corporate boot licker. I hope they build a datacenter in your backyard and the horrible humming noise keeps you up at night

If electricity was the only concern Hochul could have mandated that new data centers need to provide their own power generation. This decision was simply pandering to the masses because data centers are the villain that is in vogue right now.

Those windfall only happen because od the capital they've been able to keep and use. Think of it this way. If I start a business and donate every penny I can to govt or charity I might help a little. But if I take that and grow my business then I can donate even more later. It's killing the goose that keeps laying golden eggs because you are impatient and want to see if she has one in her right now.
