Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Well the person I responded too said "they oughta just leave that lady alone, she's done her time." I was asking because while a victim's family doesn't decide punishment, why should they have to know their daughter's torturer is walking around freely? That's not justice. And someone who kept a skull fragment from their victim does not belong in society.

Im on the other side of the world and know this case has been given multiple investigations, some private. How many other accidental death cases recieve this level of attention? I feel sorry for families of cold cases that havent been given this attention

*Slemmer's mother, May Martinez, confirmed that after 16 years of fighting and writing letters, she had received the skull from the state of Tennessee but has still not received "the last piece of her daughter's skull"* That family has already been through so much. I cant imagine the turmoil

I’ve never seen this before. It’s dark my family is sleeping, we need rest, this is too much humor for a midweek worknight Dear gawd I tried to laugh silently, but the blood pressure built up so strongly that my ears started interpreting the window AC roaring as like, Ewoks YUB-YUBbing and finally it was laugh aloud or have a stroke. The dogs weren’t ready for the sudden outburst and I might have reenacted the event commemorated on this plate when they thundered over me on the way off the bed from a dead sleep fleeing for their lives. If this plate were real I would spend two, three, maybe even five dollars for it. All hail The Dutchess

I hate this entire thing. It’s a real time horror story unfolding in front of us. Cruel to her, difficult for the victim’s family, and just all around fucking awful. If the American prison systems can’t just shoot someone in the fucking head and be done with it then what is the point of a death penalty. It’s just sanctioned torture. Fuck all of this.
