It's more than the highline, he switches off, especially in the UCL. Barca fans are happy to ship him off even if it's temporary.

I've seen some argue that he looked worse than he can be at Barca because of their extreme high line (which I guess these people don't expect Iraola to play). Between that and the fact there's no obligation to buy, it could end up being a decent bit of business - even if it is to cover up the numbers.

He just isn’t that good. Think he really last season when he was fully fit and they were still a dumpster fire. Early in the season there were talks of Madrid and Barca, come the summer it was dead silent. Spurs should be better and VDV can easily put himself back on the market.

Hard to convey tone isn't it? I mean, if you had asked me 2-3 years ago, snap him up in a heartbeat but there's something a friend of mine told me that I can't get out my head, if Barca or Madrid are happy to let go, what's the reason why?

his biggest problem has always been injuries, he’s like Reece James always misses a long proportion of the season. but last season he p’ayed good at first and was a starter but then had a brainfart moment vs Chelsea and teceived a lot of abuse from Barca fans and got depressed (im not sure if thats the main reason maybe he has something going on) and then lost his starting place. i’m pretty sure of not for that red card and previous injuries he woul’ve stayed as a starter and not left barca cause he’s really good on his day
