   I don't think he is. But were I a Utd fan I wouldn't be looking forward to every press conference being dominated by what did Rashford have for breakfast? Did he stub his toe? Why did you take him off in the 67th minute instead of the 58th? Is he getting a new contract? Is he still for sale? As I'm not a Utd fan it's weird and funny ofc. At least for a while.

   Jesus was backup at city, havertz was a backup at Chelsea. The only starter was rashford. Marmoush was never brought in as a backup, he was brought in as a winger when all the wingers in the city team were out with a long term injuries.

   Alvarez was the “back up” before Marmoush and he played 45 games in the treble season. Marmoush was never just a Haaland cover, he could played the wing as well that’s the reason he signed, also he just played a single full season and people talk as if he’s a bum when he’s outperforming havertz at arsenal, rashford at united, isak at Liverpool who all have similar contracts. He played just 9 more games than isak and has 6 more g/a. Arsenal has Jesus at 265k maybe if they didn’t overpay the third choice striker they would have had more money left to spend on other players.    United pays rashford 300k joint 3 highest paid player in the league and he doesn’t even play for United. Arsenal pays 265k for Jesus and 290k for havertz who are second and third option strikers for arsenal. But yeah city’s the only team who spends money. We have a ballon dor winner on 220k, speak when any of the other teams has that sort of a contract.

   If Halland really is that high, then understandable given Marmoush 300K. Usually a team salary is proportional to the highest paid player. That's the reason United self-boomed themselves given Sanchez that 500K salary, this directly leads to De gea's 375K, Rashford 300K and a overall jump in salary and took them almost 6 year to recover from it. Until today, they still have that one year in the Rashford salary.
