Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

I took a high ass dose, 80 mg daily and the physical side effects weren’t too bad. I purged badly at the start and had an insane breakout, but after that stopped it wasn’t too bad. I had some joint pain but I also workout a lot so it’s common, I also did have some mental side effects but it was mainly due to me being insecure about my skin, and I wouldn’t say it was caused by the accutane. It’s not exactly a pleasant experience, but it will get rid of your acne. I tried a lot of products before I did accutane and tbh I wish I would have done it sooner. I wouldn’t make it your first solution but I wouldn’t see it as a last resort. If you’ve tried out a lot of different things then I don’t think you should waste more time with new things because genuinely nothing will be more effective than accutane. It affects everyone differently. If you’re worried about side effects I reccommend doing a low dose, or at least starting low. I don’t think anyone should start high like I did.

Any other symptoms? Where exactly were the breakouts located? Do you have any ointments that can help when it happens? I suspect a food allergy too, but I don't get any itchiness, hives. Just small pimples that can appear suddenly, usually at the end of the day, and they're usually gone the next day. If they break, there is no pus, it's more like clear watery fluid. Sometimes, cracked lips, not because of dryness. I take antihistamines daily, so not sure if I would get other symptoms without them. Rosacea/acne treatments don't work.

[Acne] How I have clear skin after 17 years! 🎉 success story - Hey All! I wanted to share my routine that finally helped me get clear skin after having horrible acne and scars since I was like 12. I am now 29 years old. I've done everything short of taking prescription acne meds over my struggle. I went to several derms when I was a teenager, Ive used several different sets of prescriptions creams, gels, cleansers, etc. I've had laser face treatments done that shrink your pores. I was put on birth control for a decade, which I am no longer on. And of course I've tried all the advice I could find on the internet, but nothing truly worked. I know acne is caused by different things for everyone, but maybe someone out there will have the same issue I did and my routine will help them as well. The biggest thing that changed my face is zinc. I know that is not NEW news to a lot of people but for some reason I heard about it too and did not try it all these years. This alone fixed like 90% of the acne on my face, so if you don't want to read the rest of the post let that be your takeaway. I was always told that I had hormonal acne but that was just not the case. Ive spent years trying to "fix" my hormones when there was nothing wrong with them in the first place. I never had any other symptoms of misaligned hormones, just acne. Every single one of my breakouts always had a hard keratin plug in it, even the cystic acne that I would get on my jawline. So if you find that your acne also follows that type, I really urge you to try taking some zinc. Zinc basically makes the keratin less sticky and so it slips out of the pore way more easily, instead of getting stuck and then infected and then turning into a pimple. Vitamin C helps produce collagen which just further aids this process. I've listed below everything that I use and tiered it out from what REALLY WORKED to what just kind of supported or polished off the results. Here's my routine as well, it is very simple but has worked unlike anything else. Routine: In the Morning: Mist > TO niacinamide + zinc serum > Mist > Apply Primally Pure antioxidant balm > Mist > Done. After this I either wear nothing or use Primally Pure's sun cream which is also tinted so I count that as my makeup. Before Bed: I slather my face in Hemp oil and massage just a little bit but mostly just let it sit for a couple mins. This will remove my makeup if Im wearing any or will just be part of my oil cleansing routine if Im bare faced. After that I wash the hemp oil off with Primally Pure's clarifying bar. I didn't see anything special about this bar so honestly just use whatever your favorite cleanser is. If Im wearing makeup I will go back in with the clarifying bar cleanser again and use the Foreo Luna this time. This part really helps my sebaceous filaments and rough skin on my nose/chin/jawline. After that I will do the same routine as the morning. Mist > TO niacinamide serum > Mist > Primally Pure antioxidant balm > Mist > Done. Daily: Take 30mg Zinc and 1000mg of Vitamin C TL:DR Holy Grail Tier: \- 30mg Zinc supplement everyday Absolute Necessity Tier: \- 1000mg Vitamin C supplement everyday \- The Ordinary Niacinamide + Zinc \- Primally Pure Antioxidant Balm (or something super moisturizing with topical vitamin C) Fine Tuning Tier: \- Foreo Luna Mini 4 (GREAT for sebaceous filaments and naturally large pores) \- Oil Cleansing with Hemp Oil only (to remove makeup but also to unclog pores) \- 100% Pure's Rose water mist (or any mist with rose water + hyaluronic acid) \- "7 Skins" philosophy, which also helps serums to absorb more Honorable Mention Tier: \- Changing out your pillowcase every night (just go buy like 10 pillow cases so you can switch them out every night for a little over a week to get you to laundry day) \- Adjusting your diet to eat healthy + clean (This is only this low because I know most people try this first thing) \- Only washing face 1 time a day before bed \- TO Salycylic acid for spot treatment when needed. I dont use this daily. \- Primally Pure's clarifying bar cleanser \- Lemon water! (Probably because its just a natural source of vitamin C, but its refreshing in the morning so why not) The Devil Tier: \- Any and all forms of omega 3's (I dont know why! Literally any form or source will give me crazy cystic acne)

Start 2 nights a week after cleansing , then moisturize increase slowly if your sensitive skin tolerates it, and use SPF daily.

10% BP is strong, don't use it daily all over. Use it only on active areas. Use a gentle cleanser for the rest and yes moisturizer and SPF after BP dries you out
