Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

I suggest tweaking your routine as such: * AM; water rinse, SJ emulsion, SPF * PM: cleanser, SJ emulsion, wait 30 minutes pea size tretinoin 3x a week When skin feel extra sensitive, it can slow down the effectiveness of tret and instead cause irritation breakouts. Once the irritation is gone, increase to 2 nights tret / 1 night rest. Then 3 nights tret / 1 night rest, then every night. Once your skin is used to this, you can apply tret before the SJ emulsion.

[Acne] New cheeks texture appearing 1 month after finishing accutane - has anyone experienced this? - Hi everyone, I’m feeling really frustrated and hoping to hear from anyone who has experienced something similar. I’ve dealt with acne since I was 13 and I’m now 28. I recently finished a 6 month course of Accutane, just over 2 months ago. Before Accutane, my acne was mainly on my forehead and chin. It was relatively mild for most of my life but became more cystic towards the end. One thing that was always consistent was that I never had acne or noticeable texture on my cheeks - they were always very smooth. Over the past couple of months, I’ve noticed lots of tiny bumps/texture appearing specifically on my cheeks. I first noticed it when I was outside in natural light and was really surprised because I hadn’t noticed anything like this before. I don’t have the same issue anywhere else on my face. Some of the bumps occasionally develop a tiny “head”, but they don’t really behave like normal pimples and hydrocolloid patches don’t seem to do anything. I’m wondering if anyone who has finished Accutane has experienced something similar, particularly on an area that previously had no acne. Since finishing Accutane, I’ve kept my routine very simple and focused on hydration: \- Cerave Hydrating Cleanser \- Cerave Urea Daily Intense Moisturising Lotion (on cheeks only night and day) \- Cerave Skin Renewing Night Cream (used on rest of face at nighttime) \- Cerave SA Smoothing Cleanser on my cheeks twice a week (recently introduced) I’m wondering whether this could potentially be something like keratosis pilaris, clogged pores, irritation, or simply a post-Accutane change in my skin but I obviously don't want to self-diagnose. If anyone has experienced a similar change after finishing Accutane, I’d really appreciate hearing what happened with your skin and what, if anything, helped. I’m really hoping this doesn’t mean I’m already heading towards another course of Accutane 😭

[Routine Help] How do DE products match up with differin gel and azelaic acid? - hi everyone! i just started using differin gel and azelaic acid (it’s been like four weeks?) and i’m experiencing a lot of skin dryness, irritation, redness, and peeling around the eyes and mouth area. this is my routine: AM \- splash face with water \- azelaic acid \- DE protini polypeptide cream PM \- double cleanse with DE beste no. 9 jelly cleanser \- differin gel (only three times a week) \- DE protini polypeptide cream (i just recently went from using differin gel from two times a week to three times a week.) is this a normal skin reaction to have? or is the cleanser i’m using maybe too harsh? is the moisturizer not moisturizing enough? i also got the DE skincare as a gift, so i’ll probably replace them soon with some dupes. are there ones you recommend? thank you guys!! :\]

Yeah.. I just started taz a couple of weeks ago (after using tret for years but basically always having dry skin/some degree of irritation from it) because the tret didn’t even seem like it was doing anything positive for my skin either. I LOVE taz so far, my skin has been super glowy and within 2 weeks I feel like it’s improved my fine lines and some hyperpigmentation. Caveat that I am only using it every 3 nights right now as I’m trying to work up to more, and the only other products I’m now using are AA and a good moisturizer. No more vitamin c/peel/serums etc. But it looks great. No irritation and my skin is actually far less dry/scaly.

[Acne] Are these 3 products a good routine for oily acne-prone skin? - Hey everyone! I'm have oily, acne-prone skin and I'm planning to start a simple skincare routine. I'm considering these 3 products: 1. Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser 2. The Derma Co 5% Nia-Ceramide Mattifying Moisturizer 3. Fixderma Shadow Sunscreen SPF 30+ Gel Do you guys think these three work well together as a basic routine for oily, acne-prone skin? I'm also using Adapalene 0.1% (night) and glycolic acid 6% (morning) If you've personally used any of these, I'd really appreciate your honest reviews-especially regarding breakouts, oil control, irritation, pilling, and how the sunscreen feels throughout the day. Would you change/add/remove anything from this routine? Thanks!
