Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

I also found that taking zinc has helped clear my face 😊 Be cautious, as high doses long-term can deplete your copper stores. As with all supplements, make sure you work with your doctor to make sure you aren’t taking too much.

This tracks tbh, a lot of ppl with reactive/rosacea-prone skin do better with fewer ingredients since it's often product irritation building up over time rather than the products actually helping. That said water alone won't remove sunscreen, sweat, or environmental buildup which can cause its own issues long term, so I wouldn't go fully bare unless ur not wearing spf either. If u ever want to reintroduce anything, start with just a gentle cleanser like vanicream or cerave hydrating and see how ur skin reacts before adding more.

Have you tried pore strips? I don’t think there’s many long term treatments for large pores because of sebaceous filaments. Some people argue pore strips make pores bigger, but I think the pores get bigger because of the overgrown sebaceous glands in them. So using pore strips occasionally and a mild exfoliating cleanser a couple times a week will help. The only other option is asking a dermatologist about accutane for seborrhea (medical term for unusually oily skin). Accutane actually decreases sebum production and pores get smaller but it also just starts back up when you stop, though hopefully less than before. Long term, low dose is possible but a PITA because it causes birth defects and you need to go every month for Rx’s and use 2 forms of birth control, take a pregnancy test or promise to be abstinent (look up iPledge). edit: People, I knew this was going to get downvoted. Whatever. But OP asked for advice about her skin, not therapy.

[Product Request] Almost all my acne is localized to my nose, how can I fix the redness/scarring? - For 3–4 years, almost all my acne has been localized to my nose. I get whiteheads, regular pimples, and occasional deep/cystic pimples that leave redness and bumpy/indented scars. I’ve used Curology (tretinoin 0.04% + clindamycin 1% + azelaic acid 7%) long-term and was recently prescribed Cabtreo (adapalene 0.15% + clindamycin 1.2% + benzoyl peroxide 3.1%). Has anyone dealt with this? What made the biggest difference for redness, inflammation, recurring breakouts, and bumpy scarring?

Your plan sounds fine in the long term but introduce products in one at a time and give it 1-2 weeks before adding another new product in. I would be comfortable with cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Introduce the retinol last
