Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

If you need moisturizer on your scalp due to dryness, I would use a light moisturizer. You could use the CeraVe PM lotion on your scalp as well.

Hello thank you for your message, i will get cerave blemish control cleanser once i finished the cerave i have now. also for the scalp there is no things to put it on after shampoo ? can it heal alone like that, its very very dry

[Acne] PanOxyl face wash - My aunt got me PanOxyl 10% benzoyl peroxide fash wash for my face and scalp acne. Can I use that as a general, all purpose face wash, or do I need to use a separate one and \*this\* one solely for acne? And then after, I would use moisturizer and sunscreen, right?

It could be worth a shot. The uniform bumps on your forehead and temples could be fungal related. You use it as a face wash, but you gotta let it sit for 5-10 mins and then rinse it off. Do you have similar bumps on chest and back? And do you have dandruff on the scalp? You're right about wearing a hat.

Ok man here’s what I’d do. Keep in mind I’m not a professional. Hair: ketoconazole shampoo and follow directions on the bottle for use, particularly letting it sit for however long it says and the frequency of use. I’d also get a salicylic acid facial cleanser and use that on your head for the days you’re not using the ketoconazole. If you’re buying nizoral brand shampoo, I think they actually sell a SA product as well if you prefer. Just FYI. Face: AM: Cerave acne control cleanser(salicylic acid) CeraVe ultra light SPF30(not greasy at all) PM: Cerave acne control cleanser ROC retinol CeraVe PM lotion(light moisturizer with niacinamide) Cerave acne pimple patches as needed(contains niacinamide and ceramides, they’re magic) The salicylic acid cleanser you’ll want to leave on your skin and/or scalp for 3 mins before rinsing. The retinol you’ll want to use a pea sized amount for your whole face starting every other night and working up to nightly. FYI: The ketoconazole is the best ingredient OTC for dandruff/seb derm. It kills the yeast. Salicylic acid gets into oily pores to clean them out and helps to rid the pores and the surface of the skin of excess oil that causes acne as well as skin flakes. SA also helps to reduce ingrown hairs on the head or in facial hair. If you feel that you have seb derm in your beard, you can also use ketoconazole on your face/beard at the same frequency you use it on your head. If your GP can prescribe Adapalene gel to you, ask for it. It’s a retinoid such as the ROC retinol, but it will be more effective. With this routine I’m certain you can clear up all of this. Best of luck!
