Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

You need to go to a plastic surgeon and have that removed STAT, it’ll probably be covered by health insurance, depending on your health insurance, you might have to go to your primary doctor and get a referral, but don’t let anybody touch your face unless it’s plastic surgeon because you definitely don’t want a scar right there. Could be cancerous. You should probably go get that checked out like ASAP.

Please help with new Acne [Routine Help] - Hello, I am seeking help with new acne. I am a 26 year old female in grovetown, Georgia. I have pcos so I have dealt with hormonal acne over the last 6-9 years and finally got it under control recently within the last year with face reality products. I think I have combination skin type. I am truly wanting to achieve a clean slate face with no more huge pimples, tons of texture, black heads, scars etc. I want to have a healthy and natural glow. I currently use Face Reality Cleansing Gel in the morning with Face Reality Mandelic Acid 8% and Face Reality Cran-Peptide Cream. And then at night face reality Barrier Cleanser, with their salicylic acid and again the cran peptide cream. I also wear their SPF 50 often throughout the week. I have had Botox and that’s about it and I wear occasional pimple patches. Please help!

[Routine Help] clogged pores, scars, forehead lines, dry but oily, please help! - Hi! I'm just looking for some advice, maybe people who recognise something and recommend something, just anything really :) In puberty, I used to deal with acne. Now just have some scars on my cheeks and the occasional hormonal breakout. I have a lot of bumps/clogged pores/texture/? on my cheeks and I don't know how to now what it is exactly and how to treat it. When I do the 'wash and wait' test to see what type of skin I have (i wait about an hour), my face feels uncomfortable, dry, and tight. When I look in the mirror, I can see my forehead is starting to produce some oil, but it's not really oily yet. A lot of moisturisers seem to me me very oily, especially as the day goes on. I also have these forehead lines which annoy me (they are amplified in this picture because my skin was dry). Would love to hear what you know/think!

To be completely honest, I actually liked the scar! I thought it was pretty bad ass! And I sincerely think your scar looks cool. (I think they give character.) that’s why I didn’t bother too much with aftercare. But it’s your face and I totally understand feeling self conscious, so I don’t want to invalidate how you feel. I have other scars I tried harder to fade. I put on scar cream or bio oil 2x a day and did the circular massages to break down scar tissue. Your scar is close to your eyeball, so idk if this is proper advice, but perhaps you can get silicone scar patches and cut them into tiny strips and put them on your eye when you sleep. (Or if you’re home for a long time. Honestly, people wear pimple patches in public, so it’s your face, you can do what you want.) Silicone patches are really really helpful for scar healing. And since it’s a tiny spot, you could get good usage out of them cost wise. And of course, lots of sunblock. Everyone scars differently. I’m no expert, but your skin otherwise seems to be quite good and appears very healthy from the limited image. I would think this is a positive prognosis for fast healing. Give it some time with daily massage, creams, silicone patches at night, and SPF. I would assume you will start to see progress in the upcoming weeks/months. Like I said, mine got worse before it got better so don’t be discouraged. It’s just about consistency. Worst case scenario, I assume you could get some kind of laser treatment. (Again it’s close to the eye, so I don’t know if that makes a difference, but I think they could do it.) that’s just something you can tell yourself if you’re anxious. Basically there is a solution. But there’s absolutely no need to rush into that. (I had laser treatment for an acne scar, and it was helpful, but there’s still a terrific chance your body heals on its own.) Basically try not to be so hard on yourself. If you can, embrace that you look cool. It will absolutely heal dramatically in the upcoming months and there are solutions if it doesn’t get to the place where you want it to be.
