Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Your routine's solid so I wouldn't overhaul it, but keep an eye on the SA cleanser + tret combo once it gets colder and drier, that pairing can get more irritating in winter even if it's fine now. If you start seeing flaking or extra sensitivity, dropping the SA cleanser to once a week instead of twice usually gives enough buffer without losing the pore clearing benefit. Otherwise just watch how your skin responds week to week and adjust the tret frequency down if needed rather than changing moisturizer, cerave lotion should still hold up fine into winter for most people.

\#1 would be Dieux Skin Air Angel, but it's expensive. It's full of really good hydrating ingredients and they soak in better than any other brand I've tried. It can be a really good option to put on first, under your Tret (i.e. using sandwich method), because it's so lightweight. If you go this route, apply to skin that's still damp (so it would replace your Laneige toner mist). \~You'd then want to put a moisturizer over the Tret too. Less costly would be Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer (in 3 oz tube) or La Roche Posay Double Repair. For the second layer over Tret, a couple of options are Prequel AM/PM Modern Moisturizer or the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Rescue Barrier Balm. This Rescue balm is okay for acne-prone skin because it doesn't have pore-clogging ingredients like shea butter or petrolatum in it.

Laser and religious SPF usage. I used to think laser was too expensive but when I added up alllllll the topicals I was using and have tried, the cost difference was negligible. I also don’t and can’t use tret or any variance of vitamin a

Spiro handles the hormonal side but yeah it won't touch texture, redness, or existing scarring so you're right to think about a topical routine alongside it. I'd start simple: cleanser, moisturizer, spf daily (non negotiable, especially since spiro can increase sun sensitivity), then introduce ONE active at a time. Azelaic acid is a great first pick since it helps redness, PIH, and mild acne all at once and is gentle enough to use alongside spiro. Save tret/adapalene for a few months in once ur skin's adjusted, stacking too much while ur hormones are still leveling out makes it hard to tell what's actually helping.
