Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Everyone's covered the sandwich method well already, just want to add - forehead and eyebrow acne specifically can sometimes be hairline/haircare related too, so double check if any leave-in products or dry shampoo are migrating onto ur skin overnight. Otherwise the advice here is solid, drop the BHA exfoliator entirely while starting adapalene, ur skin can't handle two exfoliating actives at once. Walmart carries Differin gel directly (the actual brand, not just dupes) for around $15-20 if u want the real thing instead of hunting for alternatives.

[Routine Help] What's a good starter routine for adapalene? - I'm looking to get started on adapalene soon to test if it will help my acne. I have forehead acne, mostly in the middle of my forehead and between/around my eyebrows that absolutely REFUSES to go away and I'm getting so sick of it so I'm wanting to try something new. My routine beforehand was water only in the morning with Cerave moisturizer and sun of josean sunscreen Night routine was Cerave SA cleanser, Paula's choice BHA exfoliator every 2-3 days, and Cerave moisturizer Then I dropped to just water only for a while and used no products, and while it's helped a little the issue hasn't gone away. What's a good starter routine for adapalene and what products do be people recommend the most that I could find at Walmart?

[Misc] Is there anything I can do for oily skin that keeps it to a basic routine? - Basic because I am basically trying to baby my skin/work on barrier with a very simple routine until my first official derm appointment in November, but the appointment isn't until late November (the earliest they can get me in). I did a purge of all my self care products, stuff that wasn't working, stuff that was probably too much or expired. I've got it down to the basics with Micellar water (Dollar Tree brand), Salicylic acid cleanser (Walmart Equate), and an SPF moisturizer (Walmart equate). I have Rosacea, occasional acne, and an oily tzone + oily eyelids. I hate my redness, but I hate the oil more. I can feel the oil as I type this and while I do plan on talking about it at the derm that's still some time away yet and if I can do anything to help the oil until then I'll try it, but I want to keep it basic, meaning no harsh actives or expensive serums and preferably within a drug store budget if possible. Please no recommendations for oil blotting sheets lol those are like a temporary bandaid. Thank you.

[PSA] Counterfeit health and beauty products on Walmart.com - I purchased a counterfeit Obagi hydrate luxe medical grade face cream from Walmart.com and used it for 6 weeks before I realized it was counterfeit. My skin got progressively more red and started to flake, and I had multiple bad reactions where I woke up with my eyes so swollen I couldn’t fully open them before I realized the cream was the cause. At the time, I did not even realize Walmart.com was a market for third party sellers and the prevalence of counterfeit items. I just saw the cream was on sale and purchased it in the spare moments I have while caring for my two year old. The site looks like you are purchasing from Walmart and I think you only see there is a third party seller if you are looking for it. After looking into this more, it is incredibly disturbing what NYTs identified is in these counterfeit products - heavy metals, urine, etc. Additionally, when you click into the third party seller’s info, they list addresses linked to random places - one a feed stand on the side of a highway in rural New York, another a residential house in Texas. There is no way that Walmart can think these are legitimate sellers, but they are allowing it to increase their own profits and don’t care about the harm it could bring to consumers. Walmart should be held responsible for the criminal market they are allowing on their website and the harm it is causing the consumers. This law firm Chimicles is trying to launch a class action lawsuit against Walmart for selling counterfeit health and beauty products on Walmart.com, but currently they don’t have enough responses to build a case. I am trying to get the word out so justice can be served - if you purchased a counterfeit health or beauty product from Walmart, you should share your story! Or any way you can help to get the word out would be amazing.

It wasn’t those, as it wasn’t an official Konjac style but they do look similar! These ones I found on Walmart are i think the same ones I found at Ross
