Cool story. This reminds me of the ai slop videos on TikTok where an ai voice is telling a 5 minute story about a bad boyfriend while the video jumps between 5 seconds clips of play dough squeezed through a cheese grader.

Definitely not AI usage, anyone use AI and have a half-ass working app. The main characteristic I would be looking for is ownership. Go implement this feature, I hope you: \- Understand the purpose of it, explain how you will implement it before the first prompt. \- Do it efficiently touching as few lines as possible with or without AI. Finally code is cheap with AI, generally speaking a pair of seniors do not need nobody else to build a SaaS. The real value of devs nowadays is taking decisions and owning and entire app/feature/platform, if AI takes decisions for you, you are no better than AI.

The solopreneurs that I've seen making money with AI either already had a large platform/audience to sell to, or they were already making money, and instead of growing with a team, grew with AI automation instead. AI wasn't why they grew, it was what they used to leverage what was already happening.
