Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

He’s trying to get the employee like contract with the business pay. If he wants to be a business , make his pay outcome based. If not tell him he’s an employee who spent too much time on social media

in my company i am the boss. i respect my employees capabilities and let them run their own tasks without active management. but i am still respected like the boss. and if someone tries to disrespect me, or undermine me, they are out. that is not a culture i am happy building. in your case you don't seem to have this clarity of respect and hierarchy, you're behaving like a doormat. chatgpt told me in spanish: "No seas dejado".

It's like 2.7% and I'm not even a software engineer... As far as employee costs go, that's negligible from the broader business perspective. Sure, it's a lot if you the employee were paying, but it's a rounding error to most businesses.

In Germany this is around 10% of the average salary for an engineer, so I'd say this is quite expensive yes. (Maybe when considering how much US companies pay for remote positions, it's more like 3-4% but yeah) The cost to run a German company, at least for me as a German founder, is around ±1k a month just for bookkeeping incl. employees, a virtual office and anything else administrative. So it would be worth it easily from the third employee to have your own company here.

You should absolutely name names if that really is the case. That's not how EOR works, they can't just "pull from a given customer." The US company employing you IS their customer. The US company pays the EOR to employ you at the terms of your contract within the legal constructs of foreign employment. In my case, Finland, my business sets up an account with the EOR stating that the employee gets paid "X" per month, and the company is billed a service fee and the cost of the wages including any applicable employer taxes. They remit the employer taxes and the employee taxes to the proper authorities and my wages are deposited. I then have local legal worker status, documentation for visa purposes, pension contribution, etc. I'm not sure who "they" is, but "they still could pull me from a given customer and pay minimum wage." makes no sense. I'm so confused what you're even saying, or if you even understand what an EOR is/does.
