Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

It might not be. But at the same time, sometimes there's nothing you can do about it. Some people make that decision for themselves regardless of merit. You can be a friend *and* protect your interests at the same time.

If what you’re saying about him is true, he is toxic and unreliable. Why would you want someone like that in your company? Some people are better left as friends only.

Effort without output is worthless to the business. If you already agreed that you need to bring in another developer, what value is he bringing, exactly? Plus, he's already proven that he will actively sabotage the business, so that another indicator that he's not invested in the business financially, emotionally, or intellectually. If I were you, I'd give him a take-it-or-leave-it deal, maybe 5% with no involvement going forward. If he doesn't take it, then I might offer to buy him out. Your company can't be too highly valued, so that might be an option. What did your investor give for you company valuation? If that doesn't work, I would probably take the code I wrote, shut down the business, and talk with the investor separately to see about a path going forward. Bottom line is I wouldn't work with this "friend" any more. I'm sorry you are going through this.

Have a friend that does AI Automation, and he is very successful with it. He chose the traditional agency route, where he chose a couple of strong use cases where AI Automation workflows really thrive at and started ringing the phone of companies. He also had a very good automation for Email outreach, that he used to target his potential buyers, and it was that good that in the end of the conversation he would tell them "the reason we are on this call now, is because an AI Automation I made for myself, actually managed to convert you" When they heard that, that was the main selling point of that email outreach workflow for example. I think here, the only thing that makes the difference, is how long are you prepared to hustle until you start closing clients. thats the time where most of the agencies fail.

Should I focus on the first 10 customers or on building a path to the first $1M MRR? I will not promote - Had a conversation with a fellow entrepreneur about early strategy. I’ve been focusing my attention on getting the first 10 customers while my friend is trying to build a strategy for the first $1M. Curious what folks think is the right thing to focus on at the early stages.
