Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

are u trying to talk to mom and pops restaurants or chains? as a someone who worked on the restaurant industry for a long time, for mom and pops, majority of the issues are with the staff behavior. Not showing up or doing some dumb shit. Also, majority of the bus boys in big cities are illegal immigrants so that has its own issues.

I will not promote - What have been your biggest challenges working with overseas talent? - **I’m curious to hear from founders, business owners and managers who have hired developers or other professionals overseas. What were the biggest difficulties you faced when hiring and working with them? What helped make the relationship successful, and what issues caused you to end a contract with them? Looking back, what would you do differently next time?**

Would this approach be different if you are within the industry and experience the issue first hand which many of your industry peers also complained about it sometimes though they have adapted and accepted it is what it is?

I like this -- I mostly only build products that solve my own issues, then I know how it feels and I can advocate for it authentically.

I think you're making one mistake that almost everyone make, you're asking startups if they need a developer instead of showing them why they do. Pick 20 startups you genuinely like, find one issue with their website, onboarding, UX, or product, fix it (or mock up the fix), and send it to the founder. You're no longer another developer looking for work; you're someone who has already created value before asking for anything in return. That immediately separates you from 99% of applicants.
