Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

What do you send prospects after a demo call? (i will not promote) - Founder-led sales question. After a good demo call, prospective customers usually has to sell it internally to people who weren't on the call. What I usually see is people sending decks or a recording of a meeting, and i suspect nobody looks at it. What do you leave behind that actually reviewed/shared? A short video? A one-pager? I'm working on this problem for B2B teams, so I'm biased, but I'd like to hear what's working before I make too many assumptions.

What if you don't know anyone in any of those groups? That's us: a customs product for Canadian importers, and we came in with zero network in that industry. Cold calls gave us 1 meeting out of about 65. Everyone says start with people one intro away, but when the circle is empty, what's the first move? Industry events, partners who already have the clients, or just much more volume?

Yes early on I was too eager to set up calls and meetings. Now I know I need to show up many more times on their LinkedIn feed giving value before asking for any real engagement. I also have far more targeted messaging directed toward my specific ICP. Anyway, good luck. This stuff for sure isn’t easy.

I'd put most of the next two months into D, and run C through it. With a buyer pool of a couple thousand people who stick with vendors they know, your one paying customer is basically the whole go-to-market right now. Before anyone else signs a founding deal, write down what they owe you: a reference call, intros to two named peers, maybe the logo. Conferences only pay off if the meetings are booked before you fly. Walking the floor in a conservative industry mostly gets you business cards. LinkedIn is fine as the thing people find after a peer mentions you, but I wouldn't expect it to source deals early. Same with SEO and ChatGPT citations, that's a year-two thing.

We sell into almost the same kind of market (customs in Canada, small buyer pool, people very loyal to who they already use), so here are our real numbers. About 65 cold calls got us to the actual decision maker maybe five times. The one warm intro we had, through a friend, turned into a meeting right away. We also brought in a partner from inside the industry, because in a market like that people want to know you are one of them before they listen. So I'd go C first and use your paying customer for it. Don't only ask him to be a reference, ask him for three names and to send the intro himself. D works well together with that, a founding customer who introduces you is worth more than the discount. LinkedIn is good as the place they check you after the intro, not as the channel.
