Sell the company for more if you can, they will get their 45%. If the market value your company 500k they get way more than their valuation so they must be happy. If you believe in your company, offer them to buy their quota for their offer so 145/100\*their quota get a loan or and sell your stake after if you have already have a deal.

You start by selling 1 item. Then 10. Then 100. You don't start with an order of 10 000, without having experience, leverage and money. Sell 1 thing to one person that doesn't know you. And go from there.

How do the investor who invested at **€1.5M** feels about this, could you use them to setup a new company (B) and sell your assets from company A to B leaving your current company worthless. As long as the sale yields as much as what they are offering, on paper it would leave the same value in company A, fulfilling your duty to the shareholder of A... This will depends on your jurisdiction and you would need lawyer advices on this.

Whats your product? Because I would do sales. Call your target customers and sell them the product. Go door to door. Start talking. And when you get a 'No', ask them who else they know that might be interested, and keep going.

I think it would be difficult to sell at our current scale. Our competitors are around 10 - 50x larger and I think we have to grown 10x to be noticeable for acquisition. Our TAM is closer to 4m
