   She had post partum psychosis, a mental illness that is literally marked by psychosis and voices that tell you to kill your children... She tried to get help, doctors put her on an insane cocktail of drugs that would have made a healthy person insane, she tried to tell them, they ignored her. Her husband didn't have a care in the world and was traveling around and going to brunch. She tried to get hospitalized, they took off her the antipsychotics and sent her home. Y'all are just dumb, and don't know anything about post partum recovery or healthcare.

   Because if you ban abortion, those are the people you’re going to kill. I had a vasectomy too, that’s how I know how easy it is for a man to get one. A woman who wants their tubes tied gets pressured by doctors to not do it because “what if you change your mind?” Or “what if your husband wants kids?” And it completely removes choice from them. Like you said, pressured to have kids is a no for you, but it’s okay to pressure woman to keep their tubes open for business? A choice to have sex is not a choice to get pregnant unless you consider every consequence of your actions a choice you made for you. If you eat food and choke and die, did you choose that because it was a known possible consequence of eating food? If you die in a car accident are you okay with dying because it’s a possible consequence? You can do everything right and still suffer consequences, does that make those consequences a choice you made? A choice is something you choose to happen. Not a consequence of something outside your control

   Yeah i feel the same. If op hadnt said he was a virgin too i prolly would have just not said anything. I feel like if the other person is a virgin, they should be able to choose whether they want a virgin or not. I personally dont care if my husband is a virgin or not, he made his choices and if he chooses to stay loyal to me now, then hell yeah. Still, nobody says/should say "im not a virgin" or "i only want virgins" to someone they just met 😭

   The whole "men can't show their emotions" stems from the patriarchal viewing of what is proper of men and proper of women. Women are allowed to be emotional because they're naturally sensitive and weak, men don't because they're strong and crying is emasculating. Men "needing to pay". Once again, outdated patriarchal gender roles. It's what excluded women off the workforce and made them need their husbands permission to own a credit card. Everything that limited women now limits men because it also put you in strict boxes, but 100 years ago they were widly beneficial and the only way of life one knew. Now, not so much

   The point is she is capable of doing it and could always relapse. She shouldn’t be in the public whether you wish her prison or a mental hospital for the rest of her life. There’s no coming back from strangling your 3 children after sending your husband away
