People aren’t systems. You’ve been very misinformed; feminism is not a specific list of people to hate or whatever it is you’ve been led to believe. It’s an ongoing, nuanced conversation around the dismantling of patriarchal structures (a thing which would be explicitly good for men as well, unless you are a fan of male suicide rates or the loneliness epidemic). I remember being at the point you’re at as well. I recommend bell hooks- she has some wonderful ideas on modern feminism that are actually based out of loving men instead of misandry. It’s really wonderful work.

I think it is disgusting what men think, sometimes. This is a murder! Like men want everything to be about themselves, misandry is their greatest myth. I am so sorry for the girl, I hope her family is doing better😔
