I'm sorry but you can't run anything close to frontier models on 16GB, even with a a monster GPU.

I doubt they will be keeping up with latest developments. Sure you can run a single agent and talk with it, but the trend is moving towards spinning up multiple agents and let them do things. Which is just not going to fly on a regular GPU. And the pricing of hardware is just going to get more insane which means less people into it.

6 months ago local models on <12GB VRAM GPU's were unusable. Now they are usable, in the next 6 months I'll be free of subscriptions and won't need frontier LLMs for my work. If other follow the switch to local models those AI Labs will beg clients to pay for subscribtions.

Won't fry your GPU" compared to what exactly? A starburst of dots on a black background isn't a stress test, that's about the cheapest 3D scene you can render. The number that would prove something is frame time on a mid range Android, not a desktop. And no, "innovative digital experiences" doesn't tell me what you're good at, it's the same line on every freelance UX profile.
