Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

Stop taking the next job. You just gave away two weeks of a Comp Sci degree holder's time for less than a week of UK minimum wage. The startup is exploiting your lack of business experience because you failed to agree on a rate before writing code, The startup is exploiting your lack of business experience because you failed to agree on a rate before writing code, not because your work was bad. If they try this again, walk away unless they sign a contract with a rate above £30/hr and pay 50% upfront.

300 DAU is no problem size-wise, the limits that bite are other ones. Free autosuspends after about 5 min idle, so the first query after a quiet spell has to wait for the compute to wake up. Compute is also capped at roughly 100 CU-hours a month, and a DB that stays awake most of the day at 0.25 CU would use that up in about two weeks (check their pricing page for the current numbers). Restore window on free is short too. For a booking app where a lost or double-booked slot actually matters, I'd pay for the cheapest tier just for the longer restore window and to turn off scale-to-zero.

Lol, I’m currently interviewing with a company that has like… 9 rounds? I actually almost laughed when I got to the 8th round with the recruiter and they told me this would be their “values” interview (then proceeded to ask me the same questions as all the other interviews, and I mostly shared the same answers). Well, what on earth were we doing in the *other* interviews then if the employees couldn’t evaluate my answers in accordance with their values? 😂 Anyway: in case you’re wondering, in the time that it’s taken to orchestrate 9 interviews (multiple months), I’ve already accepted a new offer, put in my two weeks, and started at a new job. I kept myself in their interview loops just for the practice, because I would really like to land somewhere that checks off more of my wishlist in the future. This place is not it, clearly, but the practice might help me get there. It’s also just a ridiculous story.

You were underpaid, and your edit shows you already realised it. For the next page, don't quote from memory: write down the actual scope (pages, revision rounds, legal copy, animations), estimate your hours, multiply by a rate you'd be happy to work at, and send it as a short one-page quote before you start — with "50% up front, 50% on delivery" in it. If they balk at the number, that's useful information: it means the budget was never there, and you'd rather find that out now than after another two weeks of work.

Yes, you were definitely underpaid.... two weeks of design and development, completely rewriting the HTML, CSS, and JS, adding animations and videos, and helping with legal pages for just £150 is far too little. Don't let them make you feel like they're doing you a favour by paying you. You're providing a service, and your time and skills have value... I'd recommend agreeing on the scope and price before starting the next page. Estimate the hours involved, set a reasonable hourly or fixed project rate, and get everything agreed upon in writing. If they can't afford your rate, that's understandable, but it doesn't mean you should work for almost nothing. Also, don't make the mistake of thinking you have to accept low pay just because you're relatively new to paid freelance work. Your degree and experience are valuable, but so is the actual work you're delivering. Take this as a learning experience, not a benchmark for what your work is worth. If they want you to do another page, give them a proper quote first. If they refuse, walk away.... There are plenty of clients who understand the value of good development work...!
