Each point is a seven-day rolling window of complete UTC days; a point is comparable only when at least 100 analyzed posts or comments fall inside it. A day with no analyzed records counts as zero; missing coverage is marked and never shown as zero. The series ends at the latest complete analyzed day — it never extends into the current incomplete day. How attention is measured.

My mother owns her own business and went from being virtually a housewife to very successful within 5 years of starting her company. Her and my father divorced at the beginning but they were both always ahead of what needed to be done and my stepdad is the same. Now my father did make two mistakes near the end of his life. He stopped getting his liver screened annually and that resulted in liver cancer which took his life. And then he did zero estate planning and signed everything over to my stepmother. Those two things negated many years of always being ahead. My mother is the opposite. Her and my stepdad have everything in a living trust with roles in the trust assigned to us

Same. They always have had it way more together than a lot of their peers, including some of my in laws (husbands family is divorced/remarried/divorced so I have an excess of them). The older I get the more I respect my parents and their choices. I still disagree with a lot of the way they patented me in particular, especially as a teenager, but I think they did the best with the knowledge they had and their own life philosophy. I appreciate them a lot more when I see how little other boomers are involved with their kids and grandkids lives. I’ve been very lucky.

No they do not. Thats why my dad has alcohol induced dementia and my mother is a narcissist who screwed up my little brother, who herself is now becoming an alcoholic. She loved trashing and talking shit on my dad after they divorced for him being an alcoholic, with obvious CPTSD that nobody properly addressed or helped. Fucking baby boomers man.

Divorced here!!! 5 years ago at 29. Best decision I ever made. Also agree I should have done it wayyyyyy sooner.

Millennials out here going through it. I have a hard time getting into relationships after the last one ending landed me in a crisis center. lol… I also haven’t met anyone I’d want to be with. Thankfully never divorced cause I never married.
