    I too have never been in an accident where I’m at fault, but still does not rule out the risk of others around you causing an accident. You can get scammed by someone rear ending you without a dash cam proving otherwise. Fair response on the difference in premiums, but point remains the same. Absolutely agree to live smart - but just comes down to the amount of risk anyone is willing to assume. So while neither of us are really correct, I still value your perspective. Especially on disrespectful/shitty kids with trashy parents. Always a wildcard. Our neighborhood, we all essentially know each other so wouldn’t hesitate to let them play in my yard or driveway. Just different perspectives.

    My neighborhood is looking for a maintenance director. Someone to basically manage a small team that handles landscaping and small repairs

    Yeah. Trying to let my 12 year old have freedom. He can roam the neighborhood with friends, take the local busses around town, shit like that.

    This pains me because I was taking my 2yo around the neighborhood on his push bike when he found a nice moderately sloped driveway to ride up and down. I had to tell him to stop and pull him away but he’s not old enough to understand why :(
