   10k including the honeymoon and a week long drive down the blue ridge parkway beforehand. So basically 10 k for a 3 week vacation and a party in between. Plated dinner, full bar, grocery store wedding cake, in a fancy boutique hotel, but we had 15 people present. Lucky for us, we are both only children so it was super easy to keep it small.

   Not married yet, but we are going to in February. We decided on a "big" wedding and no honeymoon, because we prefer to party with our friends, and it's shaping up to be around 15000 bucks. Not freakishly expensive, but not cheap for our income. (Not from the US)

   $46 000 CAD in 2011. We were 269 people. Huge cocktail buffet followed by a 5 course sit down meal, followed by a full midnight buffet. One of the top DJs (of the time), photography, videography (they were new and not that expensive). It was open bar from 5:30pm to 2:30am which is when the party ended. I am not regretful of the wedding. I have a huge family and my husband has lits of friends. But I do also love and appreciate more intimate weddings as well.

   We‘re not married yet but if we ever do get married we already agreed that it will be whatever the license costs, a nice meal with our witnesses (aka best friends), rings and if we would want to by something to wear it would be something we could wear again for our occasions. There won’t be any guests apart from the two witnesses and there certainly won‘t be a party.

   I dont have the exact amount but I will say around $4k, including wedding rings, professional pictures, a new tux, my wedding dress, cake, officiant, light decorations .. We got married during covid and had to be outside (legally).. we had 15 people there and they all had to wear masks. Husband and I took masks off for pictures. It was done outside of a nice courthouse. I was also pregnant, and didnt want to spend alot on a party I couldnt enjoy. It was a nice wedding, our close family was there and we have beautiful pictures from the day. I got my dream wedding dress, long sleeve with lace. Went to eat at my husbands favorite neopolitan wood fired pizza place afterwards.
